Hosting Details: How to Create a Wonderful Creative Gathering

We love the magic that happens when people gather to make something real. Our workshops are designed to be fun, welcoming, and entirely low-pressure. Here is how you can set the stage for a creative experience your guests will cherish.

01

Set the Tone Early

Welcome your guests with warmth. A simple playlist and a soft invitation to relax helps everyone transition into a creative mindset. Not sure what to play? You can leave it to us. We are happy to provide some good creative music!

02

Choose the Right Space

A cleared kitchen table or a comfortable backyard setup works beautifully. Ensure there is enough light and elbow room for everyone to create. We highly recommend to clear any rugs from the area just to be safe!

03

Think Through Guest Comfort

Keep beverages and simple snacks within easy reach so guests feel at home and can focus on their hands-on projects.

04

Encourage On Time Arrival

Since workshops have a flow, helping guests arrive on time ensures no one misses the foundational steps of their creative piece.

05

Let Go of Perfection

The beauty is in the process. Remind everyone that the goal is connection and creative expression, not a flawless final product. Don't worry we help with the step by step process for each creation to ensure everyone leaves with a product they are proud of.
