Hosting with Gather to Create
Your booking fee secures your event date and covers the planning and coordination behind your gathering, including event logistics, workshop preparation, and customization to ensure a polished, thoughtfully organized experience for your team.
We arrive 30-45 minutes early to set up each guest's station with high-quality artisanal materials. While we bring all tools, drop cloths, and project supplies, we ask the host to provide seating for all makers and access to a water and power source if needed for the specific craft. Our workshops typically run for 30 to 90 minutes of guided making. Once the creativity concludes, we handle the full cleanup of our materials, leaving your space exactly as we found it, so you can simply enjoy the beautiful items your group has created.

Please note: A $500 non-refundable booking fee is required to confirm and reserve your event date. Full payment is due from the Host no later than 14 days prior to the event date.

Hosting a curated gathering is a joyful and simple process when we work together. Here are the essentials for creating an inspiring environment for your guests.
What is the booking process?
Simply submit a request form. Once we confirm availability, a $500 non-refundable fee reserves your date.
Planning: Fill out our questionnaire so we can get to know you and your guests a bit better. Gather your guests and collect their payments. We handle the rest!
The Space: A well-lit area with enough table space for all guests to work comfortably. Please be sure to cover your area and have a trash receptacle nearby. We will provide any other details that we may need.
Arrival: We arrive 30-45 minutes before the start time to transform your space into a creative studio.
Cleanup: Relax and enjoy—we handle all post-workshop cleanup of our creative materials.
How many guests can I invite?
We typically work with groups of 10 to 30 makers to ensure personalized guidance for everyone.
When is final payment due?
Full payment for all confirmed participants is due exactly 14 days prior to your scheduled event Hosts are responsible for submitting the payment.
What if I am not creative?
We have you covered! Our workshops are guided step by step. We want to make sure you leave with a product that you are proud of.
